Constipation, bloating, etc

Hello ladies,

I hope you all are doing well. My cycles have been going crazy lately. At one point I was having a period maybe once every three months. This lasted for like a year. Now they started coming back to back. I don't even know where I am cycle-wise. I feel like I may be ovulating because I get the constipation, bloating, frequent urges to use the bathroom, nervous stomach feeling and pressure on my bottom, sorry for being so graphic. I had a colonoscopy earlier this year and everything was clear but of course the mind wants to panic. Anyone else get these symptoms with bowel issues?

    Hi, constipation was one of mine and my mom's first menopausal symptom. It got so bad that I developed a hemorrhoid. I now take a nightly magnesium supplement which has the added benefit of helping with the menopause insomnia as well as the constipation.

    Hi,

    Im on HRT but i still get that feeling of pressure and constipation got worse! Is that mean to be a dip in estrogen or lack of progesterone? Ive no idea but its not nice 😂
