do you guys get gas and pains when you are constipated? Or any general intestinal aggravation...
Please share so i dont feel soo alone with this

I have been having abdominal pain for a few months now and have been diagnosed with ibs , im waiting to have a endoscopy ? , anyways i swing between going 2 or 3 times a day to being totally constipated gassy bloated , a belt of pain right round and down to my lower back , what i have found is if i take a high dosage pro biotic supplement pill in the morning and a enzyme pill before a meal im ok !! honestly its been my savour "touch wood " i would much rather be in the going often phase to the not going phase , i also drink pucka detox tea which also keeps me going xx try the supplements its not too expensive and it just may work for you , good luck x
