Constipation eith blood a month after fistula surgery

Despite the fact that i took stool softners at bedtime the following morning i had constipation with blood in the morning. That very same day i was examined by the dr that performed my surgery for a fistula. Now i have somewhat increased pain by the surgical area. Will my dr give me antibiotics or must he perform surgery all over again at the hospital if the pain just doesnt go away on its own with pain meds or antibiotics? What do drs do in cases like this typically?
