Contagious Insomnia & weight loss. What is going on?

I will try to make this as short as possible. In November of last year I had a sexual encounter with a partner and the condom broke. Afterward, she informed me that she has herpes. I was tested for herpes, I do not have it. However, this same partner was having really bad insomnia, liquid diarrhea as well as rapid unexplained weight loss. About a month later, I began having progressive insomnia and liquid diarrhea as well (couldn't sleep past 5am, then 4am, then only two hrs of sleep per night). Thinking that it was just anxiety causing my insomnia, I continued living life as normal. I had sex with another partner who then began to show the same symptoms, insomnia, liquid diarrhea, rapid unexplained weight and muscle loss. I've since lost feeling in my penis and it has gotten thicker almost as if a new layer of skin formed under it. In addition, my ejaculation is now weak. It does not shoot out anymore, but more so oozes out like when squeezing toothpaste out of the tube. I have been to the urologist and had a cystoscopy done, they can not find anything. What could this be?
