Continual Ear pain, no diagnosis.

Posted , 2 users are following.

My ear problems, started in the right ear, last appointment I went too said that there is pressure against the eardrum which causes pain all down the right of my face too and basically from time to time the ache and pain goes to the left side, is that because the ears are connected because everytime they check the left side there are no issues

Also, painkillers don't always seem to work like tonight for example so sleep isn't an option for me right now, so what I ask is do I ignore what the hospital doctor said and go to my doctor to refer me for ENT or do I suffer the extra month (26th May)

I must of seen the doctor about 7 times now, and nothing has been done.

Sounds odd to me.  I would go to your own doctor.  Surely pressure behind the ear needs investigating.  Good luck.
