Hello all, I'm 23 years old and I want to reach out to see if anyone got help or advise me as I'm at wits end with this all now, sorry this may be a long post.

I have a 4 year old boy who will 5 in April, and around 6 months after he was born I started experience brown thick blood continuously back to back where I'd bleed brown up to my period date have period then when I come off I would start bleeding brown again, so on and so forth, I went to my doctors and was referred to a gynaecologist where I had numerous tests including ultrasound blood tests etc and everything come back ok and was told its fine brown blood is normal, anyway it seemed to start dying down so left it. and just it every now and then Then just over a year ago it started again properly but this time I am not having my periods and just continuously bleeding brown, I would have a period once in a blue moon ( I could count how many times I've had a period on one hand) I was referred to a gynaecologist again, under went a ultrasound and they discovered tiny cysts on my ovaries.

I am also experiencing extreme pain round the whole of my lower back round to underneath my ribs and my lower stomach, to the point the no pain killers has helped and have been prescribed tramadol. Along with that it's now starting to hurt me when having sex. I have asked for a smear test this time to rule that out. But I am just wondering if anyone has had any experiences of this, as I am not seeming to get anywhere with specialist I just keep getting fobbed off and get told brown blood is normal, I'm just at my wits end with this all. Thank you for reading- sorry for the long post.
