Contracted rare disease?

Had sex a couple months ago. I remember immediately the next day my groin hurting, soar throat and penis having scale like patches. as shown in these pictureimage

Then months passed I got a STD test and came negative for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia. Plan Parenthood said it looks normal just clean the area everyday. I couldn't disagree with her more as I don't know what I contracted and the head of my penis has some ring discoloration around it. Please help! Pictures below are taken weeks apart after seeing a doctor. She also stated it looked like an infection. Did some research for weeks and could it be possible it's Primary Desmoplastic Melanoma of the Penis?
