My Osteoarthritis is flaring up more often with severe pain in hips and knees. The pain prevents sleep 2-3 nights a week and has caused me to miss some work, which is not typical of me. I am on Celebrex, but it does not seem to relieve my symptoms. Any suggestions for pain relief?

osteoarthritis is a progressive disease . in hips and knees can be serious . if the cushion tissue is between the ball and hip joint had worn away causing pain could be bone on bone. see a hip specialist for X-rays to determine if your a good candidate for THR .

im having flare up in my lower back and both hips. pain is awful, im taking co codamol 15/500mg sonetimes 3 times a day. cannot bend. hope your eases soon, other thsn meds, heat, rest, and like me hope it passes soon.
