Convincing myself I have HIV

I keep convincing myself I have HIV. I had unprotected sex with my ex boyfriend on April 22nd. I don't have any of the classic HIV symptoms. The only symptom I have had the last three days is a burning sensation in the feet at night time. I read that burning feet can be an HIV symptom but it is also a symptom of too much sugar in the blood and other things. I want to go test but I read that I could get a false negative up until three months after sexual encounter. What are the chances I acquired HIV and didn't present any of the classic symptoms 2-3 weeks after? My ex says he doesn't have HIV but I honestly don't think he gets tested. What are the chances of getting HIV from one time of unprotected vaginal sex? I honestly have so much anxiety over this. I am making myself believe I have it and googling so many HIV related things.

you can get hiv from 1 time unprotected sex but.. if you've been contacting hiv your blood test should say at 3->6 weeks hiv will totally appear in the tests.. there are a lot of new good tests that you can take. the sooner you will get the treatment the sooner you will feel better.. BUT dont get upset you might not even have hiv.. there are a lot of hiv symptoms that appear in early stages such as "cold symptoms" - red throat, cough, fever then dizziness, indigestion etc.. you should get a blood tests -> low leukocytes shows in 1-3 WEEKS, after that normal leuko with AG_against HIV

Thanks, I didn't have any of those symptoms which is why I feel like I'm freaking myself out.

Just wanted to update and say I was freaking myself out over nothing. I tested and I am negative. Unprotected intercourse was no way worth the anxiety and stress I put myself through. Always use protection unless in a monogamous relationship where you 100% trust your partner!

i hear the chances are 1 in one million lol. you might have caught some bad bacteria or an infection, do hiv symptoms show right away??? don't they last for like 5-10 years before showing?
