anyone get a cold air or cool mint feeling in chest and mouth like youve just had a mint or gum but you have'nt?

yes i have had this. i used to wake up with this every day. dr said could be silent reflux. she told me to take PPI at night before bed or with dinner and it has gone away- i have been on PPI for 6 weeks now. i dont know if i just have to be on PPI (omeprazole 20 mg) forever...
