Coping techniques ?

I'm interested to see what everyone's coping techniques are. I want some new ones that might be more helpful than the ones I got or some I've never thought about. Anxiety has definitely taken over my year but having positive coping techniques is soooo helpful. Even if they're uncommon I want to hear them!

following as id love to hear some coping techniques too! when i feel a rush of anxiety i usually just try to distract myself by moving around and doing something, doesnt always help because if i am in a car or somewhere that i cant move from i really struggle and panic! i try to just have a big drink and try and take some deep breaths. x
