can any one with experience with coq 10 and cats claw help me with how it helps mono. what exactly has any of these supplements done to help u. wanted to try them.

I don't believe in supplements. I do believe in auto-suggestion however. Since you* believe* it will help, you trick your brain in believing that. Brain produces good hormones and you feel better.

Ha, i dont think you trick your brain. Your body just naturally heals. Most supplements are sufficient from the food you eat , but ive had a doctor recommend me to take vitamin d supplements before, so some of them are beneficial. I remember taking vitamin b tablets and they stopped me from sleeping at night. I have tried coq 10, but when you are sick with GF, everything is very slow recovery so very difficult to tell if they benefit or do absolutely nothing
