Corkscrew Oesophagus

anyone dealing with this problem ?

I've had the issue for 6 months. Food and water stuck in oesophagus. Done all the usual things, changed diet, volume reduction in food and drink. I am also getting a lot of acid reflux. Doctor has put me on esomeprazole for acid reflux and Nifedipine to relax muscle in oesophagus. neither has helped, each condition has worsened. Just wondered how you are dealing with it or home remedies that help. Anyone has had any surgery that has improved condition ie osephagus dilation.
