Corn flour gluten free poultice

Just made this as a paste and i have to say thank you to the wonderful Lady who mentioned this  as i cannot find your thread sorry 🤦🏻???

I have been very red and inflammed lately and this poultice has given me some relief and cooled me down ....

I will keep you all posted on how i get on but i hope to have a more relaxing nights sleep tonight 🤗

    Hi Susan can you please let me know the poultice has in it and do you just apply on a cloth?

      Hi  I just mixed the corn flour with strerile cool water into a paste .

      I then applied directly with my fingers .

      I also have been lying on the bed so this made it easier .

    Thanks very much Susan I will try the poultice and let you know anything other than steroid cream is good Best wishes Christine
