This virus has me scared idk if i will have a job afyer all of this im shaking cause so scared ans nervous and throwing up and diarrea havi take xanex on too of the citalopram please tell me im not the only one. and what i should do

    Hi, didn't want to read and run. I'm feeling well at the moment but I'm sorry to hear you're struggling. Please be kind to yourself and remember that is is perfectly normal to find things difficult at this time of uncertainty and change and if you have mental health issues then you are bound to find it even more difficult. Look after yourself in any way you can, lots of self soothing activities etc. Remember that there are lots of people struggling and worrying right now and the government are working hard to decide how best to support people in financial difficulty. Take care x

    are u taking Celexa and if so what's the amount and why if u don't mind me asking

    we are all worried about the virus and we don't know the outcome

    but I do know the outcome on Celexa if u stay on it ☺ u will come out and feel better

    if u need anything just ask that's what we here for to help each other amen babsyboo
