I have RA. Had stem cell injections 4 weeks ago in left knee and left shoulder. Am having a serious flare in right wrist that needs steroid injection. What happens to my stem cell therapy if I do?

Today we had thunderstorms and my knee has flared up something awful. I am afraid I need a steroid shot in my knee.
