I have been battling an LS flare for a month using many topicals prescribed by dermatologist and gynocologist. Clobetasol, Betamethasone and tacrolimus. I think they have made it worse. I am thinking I will go cold turkey from ointments and just see if soaking baths will help. I do wonder if a zinc oxide application could help sooth if not heal. And also wonder about witch hazel.
