Cortisone shot & increased anxiety

Hey all, I've been taking Zoloft for about 10 weeks now to help with anxiety and mild depression, started at 50 mg and have been taking 100 mg for just over 2 weeks. I also take 1 mg Xanax extended release daily. These meds had been working well and I was feeling much more even. However, Wednesday of this week I got a cortisone injection in my knee for arthritis pain. Since then I've noticed an increase of feeling jittery and on edge. It's definitely not as high as bouts of anxiety've had in the past but it's like it's right on the edge of my brain. Has anyone else experienced this and can provide some info on how long this may last. I have a work conference the week of June 18th and then vacation the week after so I'm just wondering if I'll still be feeling "off" at that time.

    Hi

Can't advise on the cortisone injection but I too am having real problems with my knee and it's happened while on 100mg just wondering if there is a link here or just coincidence ??

Hmm not sure, I was diagnosed with arthritis in my knees a little over a year ago and my mom also suffers the same (she just had a knee replacement in fact) so I don't think that piece is related to the medicine.
