I was advised scapho (secukinumab)
By my rheumatologist . And i am on it since last 6 months and the results are better than remicade .
Also its very cost effective if compared to other brands.
Its just 15000 indian rupees or 240 usd for one vial.
The best part about it is the side effects are very very less.
