Hi kristy,
A physio did help me to a certain extent, but I found much more success with a biokineticist. I find them to be more functional with the recovery and exercises beyond the session. This is personal experience though so i wouldn't like to make a claim that one is better than the other. Good luck and I hope something helps.

I have had great results from visiting a chiropractor. I now go on a monthly basis to keep my ribs loosened and it's made the condition much more manageable.
