Costo

After what seems like a few months of remission is my Costo returning? Chest and rib pain, heart flutters at rest, painful right arm, heard to take a deep breath. I’m booked into the docs nearest appointment is a couple of weeks away. Feeling so down and fed up. Really thought I was on the mend 😞

I had the same thing this week - but we were moving house, so I think I lifted too many boxes, was feeling stress and some anxiety, and that brought it on. So, had to go back to watching what I lift, using meditation, and not having any alcohol, and it seems to be better, particularly the heart flutters and breathing. Have you been engaging in any activity that might have triggered it?

We’ve just back from our holiday it was a really long flight. Mabye lugging the cases didn’t help. And yes I think I over indulged in alcohol. Does alcohol set yours off? Really thought I was on the mend. Thank you for your reply 😊
