Last week at work, I moved the wrong way and my Costo pain came back. I have a Fitbit Alta and noticed that my resting heart rate has dropped. It's usually in the low 60s and now has dipped into the 50s. Has anyone else had this happen?

If I'm sitting still during the day, I've seen my RHR in the 50s. At work, while I'm moving around it goes up.
