Costo? not sure

started in march had bad cold that turned to allergies, coughed lots, went to doctor with pain in ribs from my back shooting through my left breast, he said i had inflammation from coughing.  April went into Emerge a couple times with tight chest and tingling down my left arm, had ECGS and blood work done all came back cleared ruled out heart issues.  had some tenderness just to the left of my sternum and around my left breast, not bad though had to push to feel it.  Majority of my pain starts in my back between my shoulder blade and spine and radiates around my side to my left breast, had another xray and ultrasound on my breast came back clear,  doctor still says its just inflammation.  Does anyone else experience tender spots in their back between shoulder blade and spine?  Had found a few muscle knots there as well, also since all this stareted i have been suffering from health anxiety so that isn't helping.

Thanks for the reply, I have found ice to be the best reliever so far, I can't say my pain is anywhere as bad as some that inhale been reading, I'm doing physio as well, I ice three times a day for 20 min and that has made a huge difference in the pain and tightness, my anxiety sure triggers it though but usually not for along if I get past the attack.

I have the pain in my shoulder blades and also tingling in my arms.  I also have pain and burning in up and down both sides of my back, under my breasts, through my breasts, in my ribs and sometimes in my abdomen.  I have had xrays, ultrasound, and CT.  All came back normal.  I just saw a doc who specializes in pain management and he put me on some oral steroids and said that if that doesn't work, he can give me an injection.  My PCP has ordered blood work, but I have to wait until I'm off the steroids for a week before having the blood draw, so I will have blood work done May 30.  I really don't know how mine got started, but it started with extremely sharp pains under my right breast.  Now I have those sharp pains on both sides.  I did have two very hard falls one in October and one in November.  I have my first sharp pain under the breast in December and had some pain on my right side for a few weeks, but after putting a heating pad on they went away.  Then in January, I got another realy bad pain and it has just been down hill since then.  I also go to water aerobic classes, and yoga classes to stay active and stretch.  Am also sprinkling tumeric, ginger, and cayenne pepper on my food because I have been told that they are natural inflammatories.  Yes, it does get a bit depressing at times; however, I'm thankful that so far nothing life threatening has been found and I am hopeful that some day this will go away!!
