I've had it on and off for a couple years, I've had the sternum injected with steroid which really helps it, need another one when I see my gp next as it's been terrible

That surprises me! I have flown 2x in the last couple of weeks with no side effects. I guess each case is different. I also have Tramadol but I take it sparingly. Sometimes it makes me feel a little wonky 🙂!
