Costochondritis

hi, i am diagnosed of costochondritis 2 days ago, please help, i'm worried, i have left breast pain, is this really associated with costochondritis?

    Left breast pain is typical. If your doctor tested for other problems (heart) and concluded costochondritis, you logical next step is to see an osteopath or physiotherapist who is familiar with costochondritis, and they will be able to help you. Take ibuprofen to reduce the inflammation, and before you start moving toward strong painkillers, seriously, go see a physical therapist. You don't need to suffer for years with this.

    yeah it sure is i have had it for about 3 years and its horrible. but 3 years on am starting to heal.. i dont get it as bad now lets say i get it sorry for around 3 or 4 days then it clears for a few weeks i know for a fact what triggers it. gaming. bad posture. lack of exercise.... walking and stretching will help. try avoid lifting heavyweights at the gym or boxes it will only inflame the pain rest until it smooths. hot baths. help when its really sore. rest assured your not the only one. it Will get Better month by month.
