Costochondritis and pain in left ribs under arm now spread to left breast

Hi, I'm sure I have costochondritis Im waiting for a diagnosis, but a couple of days ago I noticed my ribs situated under my arm on my side.

(left) were sore to touch it lasted a couple of days now they feel better to touch but now my left breast is so sore to the touch, has anyone else experienced this in these areas, I'm scared the inflammation will now spread to my heart! Any replys will be mostly appreciated, thank you

    Hi, oh Lord I’m suffering from this as well! It’s so painful. My doc put me on 5 days of steroids and 10 days of muscle relaxers. They helped a lot! At least it allowed me to breath! 

    What do your doctors say?

    In a similar position. Docs ruled out anything serious with xray, ECG and bloods but still want to send me to the angina clinic to rule out Unstable angina ughhh. Then they will look at a costochondritis diagnosis.

    Touching all across my chest is tender lying on my back. I get random pains in my breasts too.
