Costochondritis... popping or clicking?? And other questions

hello all-

i wanted to know if any of you with costo has clicking or popping type feelings in your chest or back? it almost feels like ribs coming out of place or something? even just moving my arms certain ways or taking a deep breath sometimes i feel a pop. its nerve wracking!

does anyone have hypermobile joints? (sometimes i feel like this is why i have the popping joints and thinking i have a hypermobile syndrome)

Any advice or conversation is welcome

    I have been having the same for the past couple of years. My sternum always pops and my ribs always feel as if they are shifting. So unsettling. Let me know if you get anymore info.
