Costochondritis with unusual symptoms

I posted on here a few days ago about how I have all the symptoms of costochondritis: joint pain, sore sternum, sore shoulders, constant fatigue, chest tightness, tightness in neck and back, stomach pain, etc. All the scans came back normal. I've had a chest x-ray, CT scans, an upper endoscopy, and colonoscopy.

However, I'm noticing some unusual symptoms. In the area, I will sweat for no reason. The AC could be on and I'm not sweating anywhere else. Only at the sternum. Another unusual symptom is the darkened, sunken, and bony cleavage. I can visibly see a change there (see attached photo).

I've checked with all my doctors and they are at a dead end. No one has ever seen anything like this and it's unfortunately getting worse. I don't know what to do. I've tried homeopathic treatments, antibiotics, and just went to a chiropractor. Has anyone seen or experienced any similar?

I have the exact same thing.

Ive had the pain for 4 years now following my scoliosis surgery.

    The symptoms I get is:

    Sweating in the sternum area

Having more pain when hot (being in the sun)

A constant burning / dull pain 24/7 (never goes away)

    Shortness of breath

Finding less pain when sitting still or laying down

I’ve tired steroid injections and physio and nothing has worked! All my tests have come back normal too.

Thanks for sharing. I also feel better when sitting still and laying down. My doctors have actually seen the sweating and the darkened cleavage, but they don't know how to diagnose. The anxiety alone is driving me up a wall.
