Cough for 6 months & now blocked nose

Please help as its completely draining me!!

Sorry, hello everyone I say through an immense coughing fit.

Back in March 2021, this cough started. I've had a CT scan, 5 x different antibiotics, used throat sprays, everything over the counter and nothing stops. My scans said everything was clear but yet still have the cough. It feels like liquid build up but no phlegm or anything.

Then 4 weeks ago, my right nostril has randomly completely blocked up and it must be linked? again tried antibiotics, antibiotic nasal spray and the water sprays and it only relieves the nose for a matter of minutes at best, before blocking again.

Its taking over my life and really draining me.

Before anyone says it , I've been tested for Covid several times and it is not.

Has someone experienced the same? where do I go next? an ENT specialist? any advice?
