Coughing blood with no other symptoms, what could be the cause?

I am a 17 year old male who has been coughing bright red blood for the last 48 hours (There is no actual cough the blood is coming from my sinus into my mouth all day long.) I have visited the doctor and they couldn't tell me whats wrong and since I am a hypochondriac I am freaking out, I am a fairly healthy non smoker and have absolutely no other symptoms that aren't a figment of my imagination as far as I know. I just want to know what could possibly be wrong.

IT IS TIME YOU WENT TO ANOTHER DOCTOR, PREFERABLY A EAR AND NOSE SPECIALIST. IF YOUR NOT HAPPY WITH WHAT THE DOCTOR SAID PLEASE DON'T HESITATE IN LOOKING FOR SOMEONE ELSE. ASK ABOUT A CAT SCAN, IT MAY HELP FIND THE PROBLEM. MY FRIEND HAS SINUS PROBLEMS THAT MAKE HIS EARS BLEED AND HE WAS GIVEN SINUS MEDICATIONS TO HELP HIM, WHICH THEY DID. TRY NOT TO FREAK OUT, JUST DEMAND ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS , DON'T STOP UNTIL YOU GET THEM.
