Could aching feet be neurological?

Hi, I've had some neurological symptoms off and on for the last couple of years (headaches, pins and needles, random numbness and heavyness in left arm and legs). I saw a neurologist last month and an waiting for a brain mri.

Recently the soles of my feet start to really ache randomly. It feels like the aching when you've been for a really long walk. It comes kn randomly and goes after an hour of so. Could this be neurological?

Thanks
