Could i be mistakin a boil for ob's

Ok so ive been in so much pain, my groin area swollen and draining after it finally came to head. Been having headaches lots pain with purlent drainage barely making it. So i went to doctor today bc i was sure i was having outbreak. All my symptoms said herpes except instead of having clusters of sores i only had one and no burning with urination. She told me she thot it was a boil n started me on abts instead. But she did do the hsv swab test. Waitin for rts. Maybe ill have courage tell my bf.

    Hey nicole this happened me..started mild like you.then a day or 2 passed and i had more of the blister..i have 4 now. Another day or 2 passed and thats when the pain when peeing started! I hope for you it is only a boil.what does the 'boil' look like? When i first seen mine it was red with a little white on it! Much love to you at this time..x

      It started out with the whole right side of my groin being swollen. I could hardly walk. Then after day or so a bump appeared. I squeezed it did warm compresses n next day it came to head n drained purilent drainage. I dealt wit it for week n wasnt goin away. After1 day abt's it dried. Then next day back open n draining. The pain n headaches continue.Its a red open sore. Hard lump under.
