Could I be pregnant?

About a month ago I had unprotected sex. I was on birth control, and took a plan b the next day just to be safe. I was on saturday of week 1 in my pill pack, and experienced slight bleeding for a day 3 days after taking the plan b. Two weeks later, I experienced mild bleeding again (enough to use a tampon) due to the fact that I missed a pill. The next week, when it was time for my inactive pills, I never had a full period, only spotting. Was this spotting on my inactive pills due to the 2 episodes of breakthrough bleeding I had within a short time period? Or could I be pregnant? I haven't experienced any other symptoms.
