Could I have cancer?

I was wondering if it’s possible that I have penile cancer. For the past few months my penis has felt harder than usual, like

abnormally hard. It feels like a rock or something and not just when erect. It’s like that even in flaccid state too. It wasn’t always like that. It’s like the tissue or whatever somehow hardened. My penis also feels less sensitive and my forskin feels tighter and rough. Another symptom is that it sometimes hurts during ejaculation. It will sometimes sting and burn afterwards. It doesn’t hurt to pee though. I’m only 17 and I’ve never had sex so I know that this isn’t due to an STD. I don’t know what this is but it’s been bothersome. Anyone know what this might be?
