Hi James...I had vertigo 24/7 for 141/2 years it was horrid, but it was due to the fluid in my ear was nearly all cristalizing due to Sorgrens Syndrome it also an autoimmune issue too, and us listed on this site, has many of the same symptoms as Fibro...my vertigo only went earlier this year and the brain fog really scared me at first, I had it all checked out by a nurisurgien it was just brain fog due to Fibro and or SS.which I’ve had over 30 years, .hope it helps. The worst thing is that when we don’t know what it is and why we’ve got it, we get stressed and that’s the worst thing to do as Fibro loves it..flares right up..be blessed James and have a good day😍😍😍🙏
