Could I have herpes??

Hello. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if this could be herpes or anything else. I noticed it a couple days after having sex. I scratch myself down there when I sleep (I always have I'm not sure why) so at first I thought it was just sore from that. But it is open now and it burns so bad when I pee and is sore when I move or touch it. Also a couple days after I noticed what was down there it started hurting under my tongue. I thought I was just getting sick but it hurts constantly and does not seem to be improving. I'm attaching two pictures. Thank you.

Hmmm, I would get that looked at and swab tested for herpes asap (the swab test loses accuracy the older the sore becomes). It looks like it could be a herpes sore, but so can some other things, plus you may have simply scratched open a spot of skin. It looks like you have a sore under your tongue as well. Oral herpes is usually external or on the hard parts of the insides, so it's either an exception or a canker sore (which is not related to herpes, incidentally). Best thing is to test.

Thank you for replying to me! Where is the best place to get tested in your opinion?

Your regular GP, any STD clinic, Planned Parenthood, GUM clinic. All should be able to order a swab test for herpes.
