Could I have hiv?

i (female) received oral sex a few weeks ago. In the past two days i developed a yeast infection and have had swollen lymph nodes in my neck. i would not have jumped to this conclusion, but when researching it said that these things are a symptom of hiv which usually occurs 2-4 weeks after being infected. i know contracting hiv through oral is rare but it is not impossible. (I cannot ask the guy). Should i go to the doctor? Am i being paranoid?

    i think you are being a little paranoid. maybe if his mouth wasnt the cleanest it could cause a bacterial infection but i highly doubt its HIV. many things can cause swollen lymphnodes
