Could I have PKD??

Hi guys, I’m a 17 year old female and i recently went to get an ultrasound scan of my small intestines due to pain and diahorrea, gas and discomfort in my bowels and I was refrered by my gp to see if they could see what was causing all of this and as I was getting my abdomen examinded, the nurse asked if I had my left kidney checked out or had tests done because of kindeys and I said no because I was unaware that anything could be wrong with my kindey’s. She later called another nurse in and they were discussing my left kidney and said it seemed as though I had clusters on it. I wasnt sure what all of this meant and when I asked the nurse she didn’t tell me if anything was wrong, she told me my gp would put all the pictures together and give me the results. I’ve had chronic stomach and bowel problems for over a year now and im still under investigation as to what’s causing it but I think its due to h.pylori as i was given antibiotics for it which helped but my symptoms soon came back. I wasn’t sure if i could have PKD, I dont recall there being any family history of it in my family and I dont have any pain in my kidey’s except very rarely when I pee I get a sort if cramping ache in my right kidney ( I’m assuming it’s my kidney but it’s on my right side under my ribs). I tend to ignore it because it raely happens but I’ve been really stressed and worried thinking about weather I’d need to get my kidney’s removed and go on dialysis. Could my kidneys be causing my stomach problems? I also get frequent infections  on my upper thighs and butt and I tend to get loads at a time ( as many as six infected lumps on my skin, sometimes deeper in my legs) then they clear up for a while (maybe for a month) and return. Could this all be related to my kidneys or stomach or something. Thanks
