Could I have restless leg syndrome?

I'm a 20 year old female. I have been experiencing a dull ache in groin it's not always there just sometimes. Also my thighs feel like they have sun burn/prickly heat and they feel extra senative to light touch. I have been extremely stressed/anxious (recently gone through a breakup also struggle from health anxiety) and tend to tighten my legs, I was wondering if this has anything to do with it?

    Hi Georgina

This doesn't sound like restless legs.  1.      Check the guide to diagnosis on the RLS-UK website at https://www.rls-uk.org/diagnosis/

I hope you can find a competant doctor who can help fix your problem.

    Cheers

Hello Georgine. I don't recognise this as RLS. A bout of RLS includes the sensation of needing to move the legs. They can twitch and jerk if you don't move them, but that does not relieve the sense of needing to move. You can't stay sitting/lying down as relief is only found from standing or walking. I've not heard of the symptoms including sensitve skin - but that doesn't mean it isn't a symptom for some people just because I've not come across it. Hopefully others on this site will help. I hope you find the cause. Sue
