Could I Have Undiagnosed Sensory Issues?

I have quite a few things going on, but the most noticeable of them is that I’ve started having very hard to deal with sensory issues (mainly visual, auditory, tactile, and balance.) However, these problems aren’t actually new, they’ve just been getting much more severe.
I did some research to understand what exactly counts as a ‘sensory issue,’ and after that research I can say that I’ve always had: 1) an intolerance for loud or buzzing/vibrating sounds 2) problems processing words people say, even if I can hear them clearly 3) problems seeing in brightly lit places 4) an intolerance for many textures, especially when my hands are wet 5) an aversion to rubbery, grainy, or saucy foods and 6) throughout my life I’ve had different stims to cope with the stress. The only completely new issues are that I have major problems with my balance now and I’m much more sensitive to a wider variety of sounds.
Also, I've only just begun going to the doctor for these issues because they’ve begun interfering with my schooling and my home life. Before that, I was told I would either get over it or I was overreacting, and was never brought in because I didn’t act out in response to my problems (I’ve always tended towards shutdown rather than meltdown; and yes I’ve experienced both.)
Is it possible that I have some kind of sensory problem and it’s just been undiagnosed?
