    Hi

Sorry I cant say whether its endometriosis or? I have severe endometriosis according to my gynae. I have bad constipation and found that cyst on my ovary stuck and grown into my sigmoid making it narrow which explain my difficulty emptying my bowl.

I have two cysts on each ovaries and just found out yesterday a lady who had cysts and decreased from taking b complex and milk thistle. I have started taking it yesterday with eating organic food and veges and legumes. I feel the difference. My condition and symptom is slightly different from yours. I have had many test and smear test are clear. I suggest you keep looking on other forum you might come across someone with similar sympton to you.

I pray too for God's direction in what to do and he has been directing me the right path.

    Best wishes

    Hi Kylie,

Try not to think about the 'what ifs', it will fuel your anxiety and make your pain worse and periods irregular.

I would visit your GP again and maybe suggest a laparoscopy to determine if its endo or something else. Then at least you will have piece of mind and if you do have endo, at least you know and you can start managing it ?

    Hey,

They can do an ultra sound and look at the lining of your uterus that way to see if the lining is thick. It's a less definitive diagnosis of endometriosis but it's also less invasive than and laproscopy.

Maybe tell your GP that you have heard of endometriosis and you want her/him to look further into it.

I also suffer from anxiety and I found the best way to deal with the worry is to remind myself that they are "what ifs" don't spend your valuable time worying about stuff you likely will regret worrying about. You're in control of your attitude towards whatever challange comes your way. Focus your energy on that! smile

    Best of luck hon.
