Could it be Hiatal Hernia?

So in April i tested positive for Corona but had very mild symptoms. Basically a headache and allergy type symptoms which i have on spring anyway! Once o tested positive I started having bad chest pains in middle and above right breast and fast breathing! I could still breath fine and no pain in and out but felt panicked because of chest pain. The pain got so bad I thought I was having a heart attack so i went to emergency and they gave me a pink lady and the symptoms pretty much calmed down! they checked my vitals and put me on Pantoprozale acid reflux! Few days later same issues and i went back to ER! They did a few ECGS blood work etc. and everything was good! Told me it was a id reflux and anxiety plus blood pressure extremely high so now on blood pressure pills! ive been on pantoprozale for 2 months and it got rid of some pain but still at around a level 4-5 on most days! the pain seems to come on when I eat! about 10-15min after I get chest pains and tightness plus back right shoulder and neck hurts plus sometimes my ears hurt and my sinus' make noises and plug! I haven't had to go to ER again but Im still very uncomfortable and can only function at 50% most days! I feel better when im up and moving or lying on my stomach! Im on a wait list for CT scan and ENT Dr but worried that ill be dead before i get in and he put me on urgent list! I had people say it could be ulcers GERD or hiatal Hernia so ive been reading stories and most sound like what im dealing with! I haven't vomited but get nauscious but that could be from my pills as im sensitive to medicine! I have no pain in stomach and bathroom routines are normal. Basically all pain is in middle chest, throat, neck, back and sinus's. No fevers, chills etc! im not usually tired either! It mostly occurs when I eat! I just find it odd that its causing back and sinus/ear issues! I have a phone call with Dr on Friday to discuss meds and ill ask him how much longer for scan! The pain is there everyday. Any ideas on what will help etc. ive tried the stretches and yoga and massages..they provide minimal relief! oh, all three drs Ive been dealing with say it isnt covid related!
