Could it be mono?

In 2018, I got really ill with a sore throat and I could legitimately not swallow without extreme pain.

I had fever etc all the good stuff, I got swollen lymph nodes in my neck for the first time ever, and some in my groin aswell as far as I know. I had a lump aswell on my throat where my tonsil was for a while aswell and my dad checked my throat and said my tonsil looked swollen on the right side.

After a while like 3 months or so later I got floaters and stuff in my eyes and I became quite sensitive to light aswell, bowel changes happened and I didn't feel good in general.

I never took any sort of test, nor did I go to the doctor. It's 2021 now and I still have lymph nodes that are palpable not necessarily swollen in the neck and groin, I still have floaters and eye issues and I still have weird bowel habits.

Recently got a blood test, where it said I was positive for EPV and mumps, no current infection but both of the viruses are in my blood. Could it be, that I had / have mono and that's why my symptoms are still here after two years?

I appreciate any and all answers.

From the symptoms you provided it seems extremely likely that that is mono and that you still have it. Since you are still dealing with symptoms Id recommend talking to your doctor about this so that you can start working on recovery.
