Could it be squamous cell carcinoma?

Hello everybody, I have something on my lateral border of my tongue, it's like a tiny cut surrounded with white, never bled or anything, no pain, no lump, I went to a doctor but he gave me medication and didn't work it's been 3 weeks (photos below). does anyone know what it is?image

    Oral cancer dependent on risk factors, such as oral sex, smoking, alcohol consumption. Do you have any of that risks?

    Tongue cancer can come with some symptoms such as pain, headache.

    Some growth inside the mouth surfaces may be due to thrush (yeast) or, it can be pre-cancer, something like leukoplakia.
