Could my herpes test have been a false positive?

hello! this is going be a long story. 2 years ago I had sex with a guy for the first time without a condom 3 times in two days. during sex it hurt really bad, I told him that but he didn’t care. messed up I know, he's a bad guy. anyways, immediately after my perineum felt like it was torn, I had stinging in that area after sex when I peed. we had sex again even though it hurt... stupid i know. and then again. 2 days later I couldn't pee without it stinging and hurting on my perineum. during that time I didn't see any sores or anything, it just hurt. it hurt to walk, sit down, everything. 2 days later I started having really really bad burning and stinging on my perineum while peeing... i even cried a few times. after 4-5 days of this i go to urgent care. my mom told her to rest for Herpes and the lady agreed it looked like it, she swabbed the area and i cried from the pain. i got my results and it said that i was positive for hsv2. then a month later i had the blood test, i was positive for that as well but my Doctor said it looked like I had it for 6 months meaning from my first sex partner, i was a virgin before him. he got tested and didn't have it. also, I know it could take 6-12 weeks for it to show up on a blood test. so that doesn’t make sense that it showed up after only 4 weeks right? also, she said i had syphillis as well, but then we retested and i did not have it. so it was a false positive. i have an autoimmune disease which can make you show up positive for a STD. could that be the same for Herpes? also, I've never had an "outbreak" since the whole perineum tear situation. all i get are what i think is an anal fissure or hemorroids, pain while pooping and itching on anus. and also I get a paper like cut on vagina occasionally but thats it. I get body aches and fevers but i'm 90% sure thats from my autoimmune disease. i'm going to get retested today since its been 2 years. I want to ask for the western blot test. anyways, has anyone has this same experience? any false positive tests?

sorry to hear!
yes its such a complex virus. it does sound more like your first boyfriend was false negative. were you sure he did the right blood test/was honest? or maybe you got it through other ways (e.g. using a towels soon after someone with an outbreak used it)
western blot could probably clear op your doubts.

im sorry you had such a bad time with it. the partner may of just contracted it and haven't built enough detectable antibodies yet if he's slept with others before or while sleeping with you. if the swab was pos and then blood 4 weeks later there's no question. the swab is is the most accurate. to my understanding and reading up on the subject I be always thought those with auto immune disorders takes alot longer for pos antibody tests to show.
