Could ovarian cyst be linked to vitamin D deficiency?

I've been really under the weather for a few weeks now, back and leg pain and feeling very lightheaded.

Eventually got blood tests and they came back with very low vitamin D and B12. So I'm now having treatment for that.

About a week ago, I started getting very bad pain in my lower tummy on the left side. It feels like an ovarian cyst (I've had them a few times in the past) and I'm really worried about it.

Does anyone have any experience of cysts being caused or made worse by vitamin deficiency?

My head isn't in a very good place!
