Could there be some permanent damage in my body? Is this reversible?

For the past year or so, more or less, i have been getting alot of medical symptoms but recently im starting to notice that my entire problem could be the cause or result of a lack of nutrition. When i turned 18 years old i was getting very bad episodes of tachycardia. I had a poor diet and i dont know why i didnt notice this, but obviously enough to survive at the time and its almost been that way my whole life in a sense and im starting to realize that it has backfired on me big time. Around 17 i got dropped from high school for being absent alot, got my ged after, and i was severely depressed i went days without eating and my main focus in life at the time was playing video games. I went on with this lifestyle of not drinking alot of water, nor eating alot, no exercise, and around 18 i began to get alot of symptoms. It went from tachycardia to muscle twitches, then it went to migraines and headaches and muscle spasms and inflammation all around my body after doctors tried to put me on beta blockers for the tachycardia. I still get the migraines, tachycardia, and muscle twitches, numbness etc. and everything i mentioned, Although im 2 months into turning 19. So its been like a year or more with these symptoms and the tachycardia was the primary reason i couldnt get a job, my heart would plummet from almost any movement, 200+ bpm or less just from attempting to walk blocks. I have had nearly a full medical workup from both a cardiologist and neurologist. I was also seeing a pulmonologist for shortness of breath along with a gastro doc for digestive issues so there is and was obviously alot going on. I get my insurance back in about a month or less so i cant see doctors right now. My main question and assumption of all of this is maybe im getting all of these problems in my body because of malnutrition, poor nutrition, or lack of vitamins or a deficiency. I highly regret not at least getting food stamps or something when i turned 18 to see if the symptoms subsided but i was honestly in a trance with games. It's nearly a year later now or a year or more, i should be getting some income in the following weeks because i am starting at a job regardless of the symptoms because my heart has gotten better with time and i believe thats because it has expanded in size from so much tachy, but i will up my nutrition and certainly consume everything i need for good health from there. My diet has always been very poor though. Even as a kid,or teen, i wouldnt even say i have came close to eating 2000+ calories everyday for months or years on end. Maybe 1000 tops or less. And this wasnt even healthy food, mostly fast food. Although, my body did manage and i was fairly healthy up until 16. Absolutely no medical problems. It all came down on me when i stopped exercising and depression along with everything ive mentioned. If i implement a good diet asap, can i reverse all of these symptoms without some type of permanent damage? im not necessarily disabled in any way i could still walk and do everything i could do at 16. Its been a very long 2 years and i dont go a day without pains in my muscles or chest wall. Its been horrible, but can i recover from this and be completely healthy like i was at 16? Another thing ive noticed is that i can feel my heart beating 24/7 now. Before all of this i didnt even know i had a heart beating inside me, it was just part of my body. Any advice welcome, sorry for long post just want some insight

And, for wanting to turn your health around! It won't be easy, but you seem to have the right attitude and once you're properly treated medically...I think you'll have great success!
Yes, this absolutely could be from poor nutrition &/or malnutrition (malabsorption). Please see about testing for Coeliac Disease and Pernicious Anaemia - there could be other conditions that are auto-immune or not that led to your decline, but those are the ones that come to mind. If you were 100% healthy in the first place, you'd probably have been eating more to start with...maybe not healthy food, but you also say you just don't really eat at all.
Start with what ever you do like to eat/drink and include a multi-vitamin while you work in healthier choices - I don't know anyone who can make drastic dietary changes over night. (Don't eliminate gluten/wheat, you'll need to eat this to be sure you don't have CD, which can lead to malnutrition even in people who do have a balanced diet, and can cause loss of appetite) If I take vitamins on an empty stomach, I feel gross, so be sure to eat something at least daily to supplement what you're not getting...and tolerate the supplements/vitamin pill.
You may need some counseling to help you progress - nutrition counseling &/or emotional to make some healthy lifestyle changes. Do you have some family and friends for support?
Keep walking or what ever you can manage - light/moderate exercise will also help your mood and your body. And, please keep us posted! GL!!
