could these be fordyce spots??? help😫

    Hi addg,

    The small grainy ones are Fordyce spots, the larger spot above the Fordyce spots is a sebaceous cyst. They can all be left alone. If the cyst gets a lot bigger (>5mm), starts to hurt or affects your sex then you should see your doctor to have it excised.
