Could this be a keloid scar?

hello! i got my nose bridge pierced about 4 months ago and never really had any issues with it until recently. it always had a very slight bump since the day it was done but ive noticed this bump appear a bit larger around the hole of my piercing now, only on the one side. im unable to see my piercer or even contact them in anyway as all stores are closed due to lockdown, and i really have no options on who to get advice from 😦 ive done some research and its pointing towards either an irritation bump or a keloid scar and im really hoping its not a keloid. does anyone have experience with this or with keloids in general? i apologise if this is in the wrong forum- im just very desperate for any opinions as im worried sick! thank you:) image

Yes I think it is a keloid bump. Even if you remove the stud it may remain. You can get silicone gel pads to wear on scars so that may help in the first instance but it may take a couple of months before you see any improvement. You may have to get a doctors opinion eventually.
