Could this be a parasite? Pic

I recently have been experiencing some abdominal pain, and restlessness but I didn't think anything of it until I recently went to bathroom and noticed something odd on my toilet tissue. I currently don't have insurance because of the virus and being laid of work and was hoping to get an opinion because having to pay out of pocket for a doctor. Any advice would be really appreciated as I am nervous!

-I first thought maybe it was mucus of fat in my stool but the texture of this was more hard jelly like and it didn't break apart as easily when i pressed it. I apologize for the TMI but I am nervous.

    It could be undigested meat fat. You need to keep checking to see if the number of this issue grows.
